We are thrilled with our new house! Initially we were skeptical about building because we had heard what a long and difficult process it can be. However, John and Chris made the process smooth and easy for us. Not knowing much about construction, John made sure to walk us through every step in great detail so there were no surprises. We always felt like John and Chris had our best interest in mind when guiding us through the many decisions to be made along the way. John and Chris also did everything in their power to work with our schedule and timeline. They even made it possible for us to close before our anticipated finish date! For that we were extremely grateful because we were expecting a baby any day. It was such a relief to be able to get settled into our new house before we brought our beautiful baby home. John and Chris haven't disappeared now that the house is complete either. They are always available to answer any questions we might have and are very eager to help with anything that may need to be tweaked in the house. This was an extensive project which required a close rapport with the design engineer, code officers, neighbors and your clients, (us) - all were addressed with the utmost professionalism and consideration. Your personal work and oversight were major factors in the success of the project. Your choice of workers and sub-contractors was excellent - constructing the addition while the homeowners are living in the house is a formidable task, and you accomplished it without incident. We felt comfortable with all of the workers on the project as did our neighbors.

We had discussed the challenges of the project at our first meeting and you kept your word and stayed on schedule, even during some unanticipated winter conditions. We would like to take this opportunity to formally thank you for all your hard work and genuine caring in building our home.   Joe and I selected you as our builders based on your reputation and we were not disappointed.  This was our fourth experience in building a new house thus we had an advantage over others who may have been new to the process.  That experience is what led us to you.

You conducted yourselves professionally at all times and were very patient and understanding when the “designer” wanted to implement items such as cork flooring and solid iron doors. 

During the contractual phase of our relationship we had expressed our concern over the building schedule and the timeliness of the project.  It was critical that we be diligent in adhering to the schedule as we re paying the construction loan. Every day shaved off the schedule translated to money saved. Much to our appreciation, you delivered ahead of schedule.

Once again, we thank you for a beautiful and well-constructed home.  It has been more then three years and we are happy to say we are still very pleased with its construction and would do it all over again if you were doing the building.  It’s been a pleasure.
